★How we install

The Revaflex Rubber Surfacing installation process

Careful preparation, mixing, and application ensure a successful and long-lasting installation.

01
Surface preparation
The surface must be clean, dry, and free from dust, dirt, oil and grease. We degrease, rinse and let it dry completely.
02
Priming
A suitable primer improves adhesion and penetration of the Revaflex surfacing into the surface.
03
Mixing
Resin and hardener are combined to the manufacturer’s instructions until fully blended.
04
Application
Revaflex Rubber Surfacing is applied evenly in small sections, without overworking it, to avoid air bubbles.
05
Allow to cure
The surface is left undisturbed to cure, usually 24–48 hours.
06
Finishing
An optional topcoat protects against scratches and improves appearance.
